Welcome to the West Virginia Lottery's official Home Page. I am pleased that our web site provides us with another way to keep our players informed. We hope it is a comprehensive and entertaining site for you to browse.

The site pages, which are highlighted by colorful graphics, are divided into sections including: a winning numbers database; POWERBALL jackpot and winning numbers; on-line game information; FAQ (frequently asked questions); hyperlinks to other state lotteries and lottery organizations; benefits from proceeds transferred to state programs; a guest book for e-mail feedback; and a link to the state of West Virginia's Home Page. In addition, in keeping with our policy of responsible playing, we offer a compulsive gambler's quiz.

A common phrase used by the West Virginia Lottery is, "Good Things Happen When You Play." In other words, every lottery product you buy, not only gives you a chance to win a prize, but also gives money to our state for vital programs in children's education, senior citizens care, and economic development through tourism. Together we are building a better future for our state.
