Latest CA$H and CRUISES Cruise Winner Comes Forward

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave announced today that Timothy Costello of Huntersville, N.C., has won a cruise playing the West Virginia Lottery’s $10 instant game CA$H and CRUISES.

“I have never won anything like this before,” Costello said. “I can’t believe it.”

Costello, who works for a cleaning company and in a warehouse, purchased the lucky ticket at the Fast Stop on East Cumberland Road in Bluefield on his way home to North Carolina from visiting family in New York.

“I just bought the one ticket when I was there,” Costello said. “I am getting married within the next year and I hope to possibly use it for our honeymoon.”

Costello said he does play the lottery from time to time in his home state and when travelling, however he had never won more than $20 or $50 on any ticket, until now.

The CA$H and CRUISES game has three top prizes of $100,000 and more than a dozen cruises remaining.
