Powerball® Jackpot Increased to $500,000,000

The Powerball® jackpot for Wednesday has been raised to an estimated $500 million annuity; $327 million cash option, by the Multi-State Lottery Association due to strong sales across the nation.
This is the largest Powerball® jackpot ever and the second largest jackpot in world history. The $656 million Mega Millions® jackpot that was shared by three people on March 30, 2012, is the largest ever.
