Powerball Jackpot Increased to Record $800 Million

The Multi-State Lottery Association’s Powerball Group, due to continued strong sales across the country, has raised Saturday’s estimated Powerball jackpot to $800 million. This is the largest jackpot in U.S. history.

The new estimated annuity amount is $800 Million and the estimated cash value is $496 Million.

Saturday night’s drawing will be the 19th consecutive drawing since the most recent Powerball grand prize winner on November 4, 2015. That ticket was claimed in Tennessee.

Players have until 9:59 p.m. ET to purchase tickets on a draw date. The game’s drawings are at 10:59 p.m. ET on Wednesdays and Saturdays and are broadcast live from Tallahassee, Fla.
