South Charleston Man Wins $25,000

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave announced today that James Sibold of South Charleston has claimed a $25,000 prize from the $10 instant game Golden Key.

Sibold, who works for Jasper Engines, bought the ticket at the 7-11 on Second Ave. in South Charleston. He said, ironically, days earlier he received a fortune in a fortune cookie that read: fame and fortune are coming your way.

He says he plays the lottery regularly and he already knows that his winnings are going to be put to good use.

“I was looking at motorcycles the other day, but we have some home improvement items that we need,” Sibold said. “So, it's probably going to go toward the home improvements.”
