which will run Monday September 21st through Friday October 30th 2009! You will be able to earn up

“FRIGHTFUL13” Radio Promotion

Radio Ads for “Frightful 13” will begin running Friday October 1st statewide. Select stations will be
running radio giveaways Monday October 5th through Friday October 9th! Stations will create an
on-air 13th caller promotion and give 2 winners each day thirteen (13) “Frightful 13” tickets! Be sure
to stock up on game 544!

GIVE & WIN Food Drive 2009

GIVE & WIN is a statewide food drive that gives West Virginia Lottery Retailers and players
the opportunity to make a difference in their community!

Lottery Players that make a non-perishable food donation at participating Lottery retailers on
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 18, 2009 will receive one (1) free West Virginia Lottery promotional ticket,
while supplies last.

Lottery retailers that wish to participate must fill out the participation form and return to the
West Virginia Lottery NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2009! All forms received after the
deadline will be INVALID—NO EXCEPTIONS!

Each participating retail location will receive 600 promotional tickets, one (1) Give & Win
collection box, five (5) Give & Win T-shirts and a Give & Win store flyer.
