-Bid Letters Mailed/Match Option Begins

-Bid payments Due to the Lottery

- Deadline for current permittees to provide Lottery with list of terminals to be disabled, moved, brokered, transferred out of State and destroyed, along with details on locations*

- Deadline for all licensees to submit required paperwork to Lottery if terminals need to be enabled or moved on or after July 1, 2011*

June 30, 2011

Expiration of all state ABCA licenses

July 1, 2011 at 3:00 a.m. – End of Gaming Day

Unpermitted terminals for 2011-2021 will be disabled permanently

July 1, 2011 – Fall 2011

Lottery will work with permittees to enable, move, transfer, broker and destroy terminals

August 5, 2011

Deadline for unpermitted terminals to be destroyed, transferred out of State or brokered. 

September 29, 2011

Deadline to have all terminals associated with a permit to be in operation if permits effective July 1, 2011

September 30, 2011

Expiration of all LVL licenses
